My warmest condolences to Steven’s entire family. He will now be reunited with his parents as it should be. Steven was a kind and gentle soul, almost a gentle giant one might say. One thing that everyone will remember about Steven is that, even in the toughest of times he always had, without fail, an impish like smile, which was, undeniably, followed by his one and only contagious laugh. He was loved by his son Robbie and his daughter Lori. He was loved by his entire family, his parents, the late Sadie & Lou Marton of Montreal, whom sadly, both passed away within the last month or so, as well as, loved by his two brothers and sister in-law Murray and Elyn Marton of Boca Raton and Brian Marton and Felice of Los Vegas, as well as his neices & nephews Brandon, Amber, Ashley, Julia and Leslie and their families, lest we not forget all of his cousins. One highlight that must be inscribed was the time I put him on roller skates, his first time ever, and it was like a scene in a RoadRunner cartoon, whereby, Steven, in all his glory, his huge cooked like smile, his hands flailing to stay balanced, his large girth, his huge 6 foot plus frame, trying to turn the corner of the rink and he slammed into, (let me put this right), a person of Asian appearance, of say 4 foot 11 inch stance, right into the rink boards. Steven though as did I we killed the poor guy. But no, all turned out fine, Steven lifted the man up off of the floor almost like he was a wet noodle. I exaggerate not. Other times we had fun in Huntington or on Rand Street in Cote St Luc. One thing I must not forget, Steven was really a very hard worker, and he certainly worked for his family, because he never even thought of things for his own self. I will miss Steven, but will not forget him.
