Obituary of David A Mach-Dziekan

David Anthony Mach-Dziekan, 59, of Phoenix, Ariz., passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Aug. 28, 2022. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on Aug. 27, 1963, the son of Harry Mach and Betty Zenich. David spent most of his career as a Service Advisor for many reputable dealerships. His lifelong passion for cars continued into his retirement where he began restoring Mustangs and after each one was known to say, “This is the last one.” Even after moving to the Arizona desert, his love for seafood never faltered and he always longed for a taste of home in some blue crabs from the Chesapeake Bay. Preceded in death by his beloved sister Cathleen Ann Pfeifer-Lewis. David is survived by his husband, James Dziekan, son Hunter David Mach, Father Harry (Katherine) Mach, Mother Betty (Larry) Zenich, stepdaughters Sherry Severs, Patricia Sampiere, stepsons Brett (Jill) Dziekan, Garett Dziekan, 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, nieces Heather (Ryan), Lindsey, and lifelong friends Beverly and Cindy. Memorial services will be held on Friday, September 9th at 10 a.m. at Regency Mortuary 9850 West Thunderbird Sun City, AZ 85351.
