Robin Rovin

Obituary of Robin Michelle Rovin

Robin Michelle Rovin, 61, of Peoria, Arizona, passed away peacefully at home on November 8th.

Robin was born in Manhattan, NY and raised in the greater Philadelphia, PA area. Robin moved to Arizona in the late 1980s for the many opportunities to raise her family, inspire her professional and personal goals, and to trade in the snow for sunshine.

Robin was a lifelong animal rights advocate and an unrivaled dog-mom. She was a devoted mother that ensured her children had opportunities for health, happiness, and success in life. Those that truly knew Robin appreciated what she wanted more than anything in life: to help others. She held onto hope for a better tomorrow until her final breath.

Robin is survived by her children, Jason (Raylene) Weichert and Debbie (Jason) Stacy; her adored grandchildren, Talia, Tormund, Joshua, Caleb, & Kelsi; her rambunctious dogs, Joey & Hazel; and her mother, Ellie (Rovin) Feldsher.  She is greeted in Paradise by a resplendent group- Her father, Jack Rovin; sister Mindy Rovin; ex-spouse and companion, Jim Weichert; cherished friends, Harold and Theresa; and more dogs eagerly waiting for her to throw squeaky balls for all eternity than there is space to name.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a simple random act of kindness. Services are not expected at this time, however, sharing memories with her family is encouraged and welcomed.
